ABOUT
I co-founded and ran ON gaming (stylized as ON/gaming), an esports organization that was dedicated to discovering, developing, and promoting the world's next generation of gaming talents. We were committed to providing the necessary tools for individuals to turn their passions into professions. I developed a four-step approach that allowed us to take players from amateur to professional status and beyond. Our business model was to identify young talents, develop them into professional players within a year, and then sell them to high-tier teams.
FIRST STEP: ACQUISITION
Identifying and acquiring talented players through our network of scouts and monitoring online and offline tournaments.
SECOND STEP: DEVELOPMENT
A one year development program where players receive training, housing, equipment, health care, media training and other resources necessary to become a solid tier 3 team.
THIRD STEP: TRANSFER
We present players to top-tier organisations for potential transfer. This includes negotiating transfer deals, managing contract agreements, and overseeing the legal and financial aspects.
FOURTH STEP: MANAGE
Continue to support players by acting as managers and agents. We manage their finances, negotiate contracts, develop their media presence, and connect with brands.
DEVELOPMENT ROADMAP
I have developed a comprehensive training program to meet KPIs required for the team to progress and become one of the top 50 teams in the world within the next 12 months. I monitored and adjusted the training methodology based on the performance KPIs, and seekeed guidance and advice from experienced coaches and players.

NATIONAL CHAMPIONS
As the founder and CEO of an up-and-coming esports organization in Kazakhstan, I was thrilled when we managed to sign a roster that would ultimately go on to win the national championship. This was a huge accomplishment for our young organization and solidified our position as the top team in the country. We were the first official Masters of Esports in the country.
We were able to negotiate a deal with an established esports company to send our players to a bootcamp in Kyiv, where they would have the opportunity to train and compete against some of the best players in the world. This was a huge step forward for our organization and a clear indication that our business model was working. We were able to sign two more rosters, one of which went on to become the second-best team in the country.

AGENCY
In addition to our player development efforts, we also had a media production arm of our business. We aimed to connect players with brands by providing Entertainment Marketing Services. We would connect brands with popular cultures, such as esports and music. As our first debut project, we prepared "GO ON" esports reality show.
GO ON REALITY SHOW
“GO ON" a web reality show featuring a CS:GO tournament with a prize pool of 1.5 million tenge. 512 teams will compete, with only the top five players selected to attend a professional bootcamp and be mentored by experienced players. Throughout the series, the players will compete against top teams in Kazakhstan and the CIS, all while being judged by a panel of pop culture experts.
As the organisation started to take off, it was a devastating blow when our main investor pulled out, forcing me to shut down the organisation. But this setback was not the end of my journey in esports…
